Nicole spent over three decades as an executive creative and brand leader at impact companies like ULTA Beauty, SolarWinds, and Huntress. She's doubled profits, rebranded global businesses, and taken companies to IPO and Series D funding. She knows what it costs to build at that level—and what it costs leaders to do it without the inner work.
Alongside that career, she has 18 years of personal practice in consciousness science, somatic healing, NLP, and embodiment work. Not as theory, but as a lived daily practice that informs every session.
She's a graduate of Brown University's ACT executive coaching program, one of the most rigorous coach training programs available. She holds her LPCC certification for leadership + performance coaching.
