Access: You may request a copy of your session transcript at any time by contacting us.

Retention: Session transcripts are retained for the duration of your active coaching relationship plus 12 months, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.

Third-Party Tool: We use Zoom to generate transcripts. This service operates under its own privacy and data security standards.
